Perhimpunan malam ini bukan setakat tentang sokongan terhadap parti Pakatan Rakyat, tetapi ia menunjukkan sebuah pakatan Rakyat yang benar, yang tidak mengira bangsa, budaya, dan agama.
Inilah pakatan Rakyat Malaysia yang ingin berjuang bersama menentang sebuah kerajaan kotor yang telah menipu dan merampas hak rakyat.
Inilah suara kebangkitan rakyat.
Never have I seen before a day and place where so many strangers were happy to see each other present. There were wide smiles, warm cheers, and countless helping hands. There was no fear of striking a conversation with anyone, as there was such a strong sense of belonging. That being said, we are probably not strangers at all.
No boundaries, no prejudices, no anger and fear. It was a keluarga I saw that night, and I'm certainly proud of how much we've all grown together.
Opposition Leader Anwar Ibrahim called on Malaysian to join the protest rally at Stadium Kelana Jaya.The stadium consists of 25000 seats yet it was barely enough for the thousands of Malaysians dressed in black who showed up where the whole field were crowded with people,not to mention thousands who were standing outside the stadium.It is estimated that nearly 100 000 Malaysians were attending the rally held by the opposition,Anwar Ibrahim,to show their dissatisfaction towards the fraudulent and false election results.Some of the influential oppostions such as opposition leader,Anwar Ibrahim as well as Gelang Patah MP Lim Kit Siang showed up at the rally via motorcycles.
"We will continue to struggle and we will never surrender!"said Anwar Ibrahim
Anwar said he would produce clear evidence of fraud by what he calls an "illegitimate" Barisan Nasional (National Front) governemnt party lead by current Prime Minister Najib Razak.
"BN has robbed the rights of the people. We will prove that they have lied in 30 parliamentary seats," he told the diverse crowd.PM Najib Razak has,however,denied all the opposition's allegations of cheating in the election.
Previous protests have ended in violent scenes,where police were using tear gas and water cannon to dissolve the crowd.Nonetheless,police in Selangor has earlier tried to prevent the rally from occurring by stating that according to PAA,any rally should be informed by the organiser 10 days prior the date of the rally.Due to the tension over the election results,the armed forces took no action over this matter.Anwar addressed a sea of supporters dressed in mourning black who filled a football stadium and spilled out into surrounding areas, swamping a suburb of the capital Kuala Lumpur in a gathering with a rock-concert atmosphere.
The huge turnout and Anwar's call for similar rallies across the country upped the ante in a campaign by the opposition to paint the elections as a fraudulent victory for the regime that has ruled Malaysia for 56 years.The A3-size piece of paper proclaimed: “Melayu kawan saya, kami tak RACIST!” (Malays are my friends, we are not racist!).
The ruling Barisan Nasional (BN) received its worst electoral score card ever at Sunday's polls, which Prime Minister Najib Razak said had to do with a “Chinese tsunami” of support for the opposition - a remark that has further angered the opposition, who have accused Mr Najib of worsening racial relations.
Added to that are Mr Najib’s remarks and recent articles in the Umno-owned newspaper Utusan Malaysia calling the Chinese ungrateful, all of which helped bring in an enormous crowd on Wednesday night, larger even than Pakatan Rakyat's mega rally on the eve of Polling Day at the same stadium.

The two lanes outside the stadium were lined with hawkers offering everything from burgers to noodles to even steamboat.Its spokesman Datuk Ambiga Sreenevasan made an appearance last night vowing to clean up the electoral process, drawing loud cheers.
Those who had been sitting on the field scrambled to their feet when he appeared on stage, the stadium transformed into a sea of waving arms and flags. The noise and excitement soon reached fever pitch.
He ended the speech by urging attendees not to give up their fight on a side that is “just and peaceful”, as chants of “Reformasi!” and “Ubah!” (change) segued into the Malaysian national anthem Negaraku for the rally's finale.
